The Dressage TestPro suite of Apps (collectively, “TestPro” or “the Apps”) do not collect personal data of any kind, except where you supply personal data to us by contacting us.

Name, address, email address, device (iPhone/iPad/Android model etc., ) versions of TestPro purchased will be deleted after 5yrs of inactivity.

  1. To the extent that we are required to do so by law.
  2. If we believe that the documents may be relevant to any ongoing or prospective legal proceedings.

We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.
