Dressage TestPro BE – Privacy Policy
Scope and Availability
This Privacy Policy is linked on our Google Play store listing and is available in-app under Links → About, as required by Google Play. This policy covers the TestPro BE Android app and our website https://dressagetestpro.com (together, the “Services”).
Data we collect
We collect and retain the minimum amount of data required to operate the services.
Persistent identifiers (personal data)
We collect limited persistent identifiers to operate the app and support purchases: Android ID (SSAID) on your device; and an app/user identifier from our billing provider (e.g., Google Play Billing and/or RevenueCat), which is not your name or email. We do not collect the Android Advertising ID (AAID), nor do we request the AD_ID
permission on Android 13+ (API 33). For mixed-audience builds, AAID collection remains disabled for children or users of unknown age.
We use these data for authentication, purchase restoration, customer support, fraud prevention, abuse control and diagnostics necessary to keep the Service functioning. We do not use these identifiers to profile users or for behavioural advertising. (These purposes align with “support for internal operations” under COPPA.)
Aggregated usage metrics
We record simple, non-linkable counts such as how often a feature is used. These event counts are stored separately from the identifiers above and are not used to identify you.
Emails you send us
If you email support, we receive your email address and message. We use this only to respond to your request and do not attach your email address to in-app identifiers.
App monitoring and support (Analytics and Crash Reporting)
We use Google Analytics for Firebase (“Analytics”) and Firebase Crashlytics (“Crashlytics”) to monitor stability, diagnose problems, and understand which features are used, so we can improve TestPro. These services process limited data necessary for internal operations only.
Internal Operational Data items
We use the following internal operational data items solely to monitor App functionality and quality (stability, debugging, fraud/abuse control), and provide aggregated measurement of feature usage: Firebase Installation ID (FID), Crashlytics Installation UUID, random session IDs. Crash stack traces and (for NDK crashes) temporary minidump data while a report is being processed.
We do not use these data for behavioural advertising or profiling, we do not transmit the Android Advertising ID (AAID), we do not enable Ads integrations or Google signals, and we disable ad-personalisation signals in Analytics.
Firebase, Analytics and Crashlytics are provided by Google; see product and privacy resources linked below.
Crashlytics crash data and associated identifiers are retained for approximately 90 days before removal from live and backup systems. Analytics event data retention is controlled in our Analytics property and kept no longer than is necessary for the purposes above.
How we use and share data
We use data only for the purposes listed above. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties except:
Purchase management (processors acting on our instructions)
Google Play Billing; see Google’s Privacy Policy and Payments Privacy Notice
RevenueCat (subscription management); see RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Cloud data processing & app monitoring (processors acting on our instructions)
Firebase / Google Cloud for storage of non-identifiable data (Cloud Firestore and Realtime Database) and for analytics and crash reporting (Analytics and Crashlytics). See:
Firebase Data Processing and Security Terms
Google Analytics for Firebase (measurement terms)
For Analytics, Google may act as an independent controller for certain measurement data under the Measurement Controller–Controller Terms.
Legal compliance
Where required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service.
We do not serve advertisements in the app.
Security, Retention and your choices and rights
Data Security and Retention
We protect personal data with industry-standard measures (e.g., transport encryption, access controls, least-privilege administration).
We retain persistent identifiers only as long as necessary for the purposes above. Inactive records are reviewed and deleted on a rolling basis within 24 months of last activity (shorter for child accounts where feasible). Support emails are kept only until your issue is resolved, then routinely purged.
Your choices and rights
In-app: you can view your Android ID and billing ID under Links → About. You can contact us from within TestPro.
Access/Deletion: email support@dressagetestpro.com to request access to data linked to your identifier(s) or to request deletion. If you are a parent/guardian of a child user, you may review or delete your child’s information at any time. We will honour requests promptly unless we must retain limited data to meet legal obligations or to prevent fraud.
Legal bases (UK/EEA users) and complaints
Legal bases. We process purchase and unlock data to perform a contract with you (restore purchases, maintain entitlements). We process diagnostics, fraud-prevention and stability data based on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service.
Additional rights. UK/EEA users may request rectification or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Children’s privacy
TestPro is used by adults and children. For child users under 13, we collect only the persistent identifiers described above and use them solely for internal operations (authentication, purchase restoration, fraud prevention, diagnostics). We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphones, or AAID from child or unknown-age users; we do not use behavioural advertising; and we do not enable social/sharing features. Parents or guardians can contact us at the privacy contact below to review or delete their child’s data.
International transfers
Where our service providers host data outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., the Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide in-app notice or store-listing notes.
