Dressage TestPro App Use of Data

Dressage TestPro does not collect or store personally identifiable data. Your device ID (Android only) and an anonymous user id (Android and Apple) created by our payment service provider are both used by TestPro to create a unique account, so we can assist you in dealing with support issues.

Collecting these anonymous data items means we can unlock you remotely if for any reason your subscription is not working (for example, if you use a new device with a different Google Play/Apple ID, or move from Apple to Android).

You can see these numbers on the About box (Android) or Contact Us (Apple).

TestPro also collects aggregated usage information to help us identify under used parts of the App, this information is in the form of counting how many times an action has happened and is not associated with you in any way.

Since the above data cannot be linked to you as an individual, and we sometimes have customers who stop using TestPro for years and then resume usage,  our policy is to retain the information indefinitely. However, if you wish to see what information we hold against your anonymous ID(s) and/or request that we delete it please get in touch on support@dressagetestpro.com.

Of necessity, when you contact us with a support issue or comment we will have access to the e-mail address you send the mail from: we will only use such contact details to assist you in resolving the issue you contacted us about, we do not associate your contact details with your anonymous user ID electronically, and your emails are only retained for as long as necessary to resolve your issue(s).

The Dressage TestPro app does not collect or process personal information, however we may from time to time run campaigns or collect expressions of interest on our website (DressageTestPro.com), the following sections cover these wider applications.

Personal information

We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal information:

1. Information about your computer and about your visits to and use of this website (including your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths);
2. Information that you provide to us when using the services on our website or TestPro, or that is generated in the course of the use of those services (including the timing, frequency and pattern of service use);

Name, address, email address, device (iPhone/iPad/Android model etc., ) versions of TestPro purchased will be deleted after 5yrs of inactivity.

1. To the extent that we are required to do so by law.
2. If we believe that the documents may be relevant to any ongoing or prospective legal proceedings.
3. In order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk).

Security of personal information

We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.

We will store all the personal information you provide on our secure (password- and firewall-protected) servers.

You acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

We may update this policy from time to time by publishing a new version on our website.
